Victoriana (Tori) Savas is an educator for Manassas City Public Schools in Manassas, Virginia. She holds endorsements in elementary education, literacy (K-12 reading specialist), and administration and supervision. Tori received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of William & Mary, and is currently working on her Ed.D. in curriculum and instruction through the University of Virginia.
